Appointment Types and Payment

• Initial Psychiatric Assessment $250 includes:

  1. Comprehensive assessment of medical history, psychiatric history, family history, social history, all past medications, and any other information the client wants to include in their care.

  2. Completion of diagnostic tools, primary concerns, and setting clients’ goals will be completed over a 60-90 minute session to gather all necessary information.

• Therapeutic Counseling $125 includes:

  1. Ongoing therapy and continual assessment of clients needs expressed during initial evaluation over a one hour session.

  2. Support provided utilizes psychotherapeutic approaches.

  3. This service does not include medication review or modifications.

• ***All appointments will be given superbills to be submitted to their insurance for reimbursement, subtracting the usual copay. for example, if you pay $125 privately, and your usual copay is $20, you would receive $105 back from participating insurer.
