This practice accepts self-pay only, however, “superbills” with all required billing details needed for reimbursement will be sent to the client’s listed email within 24 of the conclusion of their appointment. The client can then submit this document to their insurer for reimbursement of services.
Payments will be collected at the end of each appointment with a card that can be kept on file for recurrent usage.
Rates for services were based on researched averages and acceptable charges by major insurance carriers. Further instructions on how to submit “superbills” for reimbursement is detailed more extensively in the “Practice Policies and Provider Agreement” contract sent with other initial intake forms.
Insurance information will still be collected to ensure prescription coverage will be applied when prescriptions are sent electronically.
