Medication Management

• Medication Follow-Up $100 includes:

  1. 30 minute appointment to discuss current medication management, discuss any concerns and make changes if needed.

  2. Appointments will be scheduled monthly for at least 3 months, then frequency of follow-ups can be discussed based on clients stability and progress.

• Medication Follow-Up and Counseling $150 includes:

  1. If client wants to discuss medication management at greater length, discuss other treatment options, or engage in additional therapy, you can choose to be seen for 45-55 minutes to review current medication regimen.
