Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Assessment

(client must be 8 years or older to be assessed for ADHD via Telehealth)

• Comprehensive ADHD Assessment $400 includes:

  1. Session will last between 90-120 minutes for extensive engagement and observation.

  2. If the client is a child, the participating guardian will be sent materials prior to appointment so the client can engage in the assessment.

  3. For adult ADHD assessments, the client will also receive interactive assessment scales and diagnostic tools to be completed during the session.

  4. Each assessment will conclude with a diagnosis and a treatment plan, as well as any documentation needed for school or work accommodations, if appropriate.
