How to be Reimbursed
Right now, I am accepting insurance through Headway**, if you have any of the carriers listed below. Please schedule by pressing on this link to schedule.
If I don't take your insurance provider* (currently), you can still submit a superbill. Which means you can still see me and avoid paying out of pocket! I guess you can have your cake and eat it too! Don’t worry, submitting a superbill gives you a shot at reimbursement, so you might just get both. Here’s how:
1. Get a Superbill – I provide a detailed superbill with all the necessary details (NPI, CPT codes, diagnosis codes, and payment info).
2. Submit to Insurance – Patients send the superbill along with a claim form (found on their insurer’s website) to request reimbursement.
3. Receive Payment – If approved, insurance reimburses the patient directly—sweet, right?
